The rooms and what comes with them
You can take a furnished room of your own or a desk in the shared area, all under the same roof.
The prices
Budget RM400 a person a month at the entry end (Glo Damansara Shopping Mall in Damansara Heights & TTDI) and up to RM800 at Mercu Aspire in Mid Valley & KL Eco City.
The spread is the address and the fit-out, not the level of service. Terms are short: monthly or yearly contracts, a two-month deposit and three months of notice.
Who it suits
It suits teams who would rather spend their time on their business than on running an office. Typical members are overseas companies setting up in Kuala Lumpur, local firms moving out of a lease, and independent professionals.
Before you decide, compare with Co-Labs Coworking and Avenue Business Centre.
Send us your team size and move-in date, and we will come back with the rooms that fit, what each asks, and a viewing plan. We negotiate the rent before you sign. The operator pays our fee, so the help costs you nothing.
