Renting an office in Hong Kong
How much does an office cost in Hong Kong?
A desk in a shared area starts at HK$1,200 a month. A private room of your own starts at HK$2,250 for the whole room. Above twenty people the shape changes and a traditional lease usually wins on cost per person.
The spread inside a single district is wider than the spread between districts, which is why an average is close to useless and a quote is not.
Does using Nextspace cost anything?
No. The operator or the landlord pays us on completion, at a rate that does not come out of your side. You never pay us and you never pay more than going direct.
How fast can we move in?
A serviced office can be yours within days. Coworking is same week. A traditional lease runs three to six months, almost all of it fit-out.
