Found Nextspace via a Google search and got a very prompt response from Bastien. He asked about my needs and budget and within a day or two compiled a selection of suggested properties, then his team supported me through the site visits and contract negotiation. I'm now happily writing this from the new office they helped me find.

Great service, they're super on top of all communications and I got a good discount at the end with a coworking space. Highly recommend you contact the spaces via them instead of negotiating with the space directly.

Great experience with Nextspace and in particular Bastien. Had been looking for a space for a while and he introduced a couple of places after listening to my needs, and one of them was exactly what I was looking for.
