How much does a coworking space in Hong Kong cost?
From the listings we cover, a hot desk runs a median of about HK$2,500 a month and a dedicated desk about HK$4,000. Central and Admiralty are dearest (hot desks around HK$3,500, dedicated desks HK$4,400); Kwun Tong and Tsim Sha Tsui are cheapest (hot desks from about HK$1,800). What is the difference between a hot desk and a dedicated desk?
A hot desk is any free seat in the shared coworking area, taken by the day or month. A dedicated desk is a fixed seat that stays yours, with lockable storage. Hot desks suit solo founders and part-time use; dedicated desks suit anyone in four or five days a week.
