Finding and securing a new office space can take a few days or a few weeks, depending on how advanced you are in your understanding of the market, your research, and your decision process.
Are there any hidden fees I should be aware of?
No. We believe in complete transparency. All costs are clearly outlined in your agreement. We negotiate on your behalf to ensure there are no hidden charges, providing a straightforward and predictable financial commitment for your corporate workspace.
How much is the deposit for a private office / what are the fees?
The usual deposit is 2 months’ rental price based on the negotiated price that needs to be paid upon the signature of the agreement between your company and the operator. In addition, you will also need to pay for the first rental month in advance.
What is the minimum and maximum contract duration?
Coworking spaces and serviced offices are very flexible with their contract duration. You can sign a month-to-month contract or up to a 24 months contract for some operators. We never push our clients to sign more than what they need, and we make sure to negotiate the lowest rental price possible.
