Two Pacific Place is Swire Properties' Grade A office tower at 88 Queensway, inside the Pacific Place complex in Admiralty. It opened in 1990 and its office floors run to about 22,000 sq ft. Four hotels stand in the same complex: the Conrad, the Island Shangri-La, the JW Marriott and The Upper House. The Great Food Hall, a gourmet supermarket and food court, is on LG1 of this building. The entrance is through the Pacific Place mall.
Admiralty station is 290 metres away, four minutes on foot from Exit F, and the route is covered through the Pacific Place podium. Four lines meet at Admiralty: Island, Tsuen Wan, South Island and East Rail. The East Rail line crossed the harbour on 15 May 2022. Hung Hom is now seven minutes away, and Sha Tin and the mainland border are one ride with no change. Central is 990 metres west, twelve minutes on foot.
The Executive Centre holds one floor here, Level 35, and it says that floor looks out over Victoria Peak. On it are four meeting rooms, a members lounge and a function room for 70 people. Rooms come furnished and run from one person to more than twenty, on a three month minimum. A room for one is HK$11,952 a month. A seat on the coworking floor is HK$8,000.
The arrival is through the Pacific Place mall rather than an office lobby, so a first time visitor should follow the signs for the office tower. The hotels inside the complex cover client lunches and visiting guests. Above ten people each suite carries one price.
