The Singapore market
A serviced office in Singapore usually runs about S$700 per person a month. The district moves the price more than the building does. A desk that averages about S$900 in Raffles Place runs about S$630 in Changi, and the train between them takes under forty minutes. Private offices run from one person to full floors, across 34 operators. Coworking desks sit inside many of the same buildings, from about S$390 a month for a hot desk. Whole floors on traditional leases are priced case by case, within 24 hours of a brief. All figures checked on 6 October 2026.
