The lobby is on Connaught Road Central with shops on the lower floors, so a visitor looks for the shopfronts and the lifts behind them. The centre is on Levels 5 to 7, just above the retail. The International Finance Centre's restaurants are above Hong Kong station, so client lunches are close by. The floor suits a firm that records video or podcasts, or one whose staff fly often. The broadcast room is on the floor and the Airport Express leaves from Hong Kong station. Levels 5 to 7 are low floors, so there is no harbour view.
