Admiralty
Admiralty is five buildings and an interchange. United Centre at 95 Queensway holds three centres, Admiralty Centre at 18 Harcourt Road holds three more across Tower 1 and Tower 2, and Lippo Centre at 89 Queensway and Two Pacific Place at 88 Queensway hold one each.
There is no back street here and no cheap end of the district in the way Sheung Wan or Wan Chai have one. What there is instead is the walkway network, the government quarter, and the point where the Island Line meets the Tsuen Wan Line.
The one exception to the pricing is worth knowing: Hong Thai Expo and Business Centre in United Centre lets a private office for one from HK$3,864 a month, and 50 metres from the MTR station.

United Centre is 50 metres from Admiralty station, and all other building in the area such as Admiralty Centre Tower 2, Admiralty Centre, Lippo Centre and Two Pacific Place are within 5 minutes walk.
That is the tightest set of walks of any district in Hong Kong, and the station itself is the interchange between the Island Line, South Island and the Tsuen Wan Line. This is perfect for any team arriving from both sides of the harbour so they would spends less time travelling here than anywhere else.
Admiralty suits a firm whose people or clients arrive from both sides of the harbour and need a good office address.
It suits anyone who meets people for a living. The courts and the government offices are next door, and Central is one stop west, so most of the people you need to see are already within walking distance.
It also suits anyone who entertains clients. Pacific Place and three five-star hotels are inside the district, so a client lunch or a visitor flying in never needs a taxi.
Admiralty is convenient rather than charming. The district is office towers, a mall and the walkways that join them, all built in the 1980s. There is no street of small restaurants and no old neighbourhood to walk out into, so lunch is the mall or the tower, and the district goes quiet after six. Most firms take Admiralty for the interchange and accept the rest. If you want some street life with your office, Wan Chai starts a few minutes east on foot
A private office for four in Admiralty is on average HK$16,000 a month, above other district besides Central in Hong Kong due to its prestigious address and the convenience in connecting Hong Kong Island and Kowloon. A coworking space runs HK$4,000 to HK$6,400 a month per person.
Prices also vary depending on the operator, some highly premium and sought after and some more cost effective. A private office for four people costs HK$13,000 a month at Admiralty Centre while it would be HK$54,000 at Two Pacific Place, 300 metres apart. All prices shown are asking prices while we negotiate better rates on your behalf.
Central is one stop west. It is the famous business address, with the big harbour towers and the Airport Express. An office for four costs around HK$23,105 a month there, against HK$16,000 in Admiralty.
Wan Chai is one stop east. It is the lively one: restaurants, bars and the convention centre. Around HK$15,584 for four. Only the Island line, so no direct train across the harbour.
Causeway Bay is two stops east. It is the shopping district. Around HK$13,480 for four. Island line only.
Hong Kong's office market turned a corner in 2026. Grade A vacancy across the city fell to 12.8% in July, the lowest in nearly three years, and rents in the main business districts started rising again as financial firms and mainland companies took more space.
For office space in Admiralty, this matters in one simple way: Central fills up first. As Central's towers get full, demand moves one stop east into Admiralty, where the same size office costs about a third less.
