Silvercord Tower 2 is one of the two office towers at 30 Canton Road in Tsim Sha Tsui, over a six storey shopping mall. The complex opened in 1984 and runs to seventeen floors. Cheung Kong Holdings owns it, and the Harbour City management team looks after it.
Compass Offices holds the fifth, eleventh and seventeenth floors. The centre looks out over Kowloon Park, and across the three floors are boardrooms, meeting rooms and a business lounge.
Tsim Sha Tsui station is 430 metres away, five minutes on foot from Exit A1, which serves Kowloon Park and Harbour City. East Tsim Sha Tsui, on the Tuen Ma line, is 840 metres and eleven minutes. The Star Ferry Pier is five minutes away, and Harbour City and Ocean Terminal are across Canton Road.
Rooms are furnished and run from one person to more than twenty, on a three month minimum. A room for one is 35 sq ft and a room for two is 61 sq ft. A room for one person is HK$6,000 a month, and from two people up the figure is HK$4,000 each. A seat on the coworking floor is HK$3,000.
The lift lobby is reached through a six storey mall, so give a visitor 30 Canton Road and the tower number, not a shop name.
The centre's three floors are not the same, so compare rooms by floor when looking at prices.
Din Tai Fung is in the mall and the Food Republic food court is in the basement, open from ten until ten.
