Eaton Club at Great Eagle Centre

Great Eagle Centre stands at 23 Harbour Road, on the Wan Chai waterfront beside the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre. It was completed in 1983, runs to 33 storeys and is held by multiple landlords. Harbour Road here is the government and convention end of Wan Chai rather than the shopping end, with the Wan Chai Promenade along the water behind it.

Exhibition Centre station is 150 metres away, two minutes on foot. It is on the East Rail line, which crossed the harbour on 15 May 2022. Hung Hom, Sha Tin and the mainland border are one ride with no change. Wan Chai station on the Island line is 550 metres away, seven minutes on foot, using Exit A5, and that walk is uncovered.

Eaton Club takes Level 3 and describes the space as recently renovated, with serviced lounges and pantries. Rooms come furnished, from one person to more than twenty, on a three month minimum. A room for one is HK$3,950 a month. A room for four is 151 sq ft and HK$15,800. A room for ten is 408 sq ft and HK$39,500, and the eleven to fifteen suite is 545 sq ft. A seat on the coworking floor is HK$4,500.
