The Voeux is a small eleven storey building at 102-104 Des Voeux Road Central, in Central. It was called Jim's Commercial Building before it was refurbished and renamed. The ground floor is retail and the ten office floors run from the first to the tenth. One passenger lift serves them, and the lift lobby is on the first floor rather than at street level. The tenants around it are mostly banking and finance firms.
Hong Kong station is 370 metres away, five minutes on foot, for the Airport Express and the Tung Chung line. Sheung Wan is 510 metres, six minutes, on the Island line. The tram runs along Des Voeux Road Central outside. Central Market is on the same street at 80 Des Voeux Road Central, with more than 100 food and retail stalls, and The Center stands nearby on Queen's Road Central.
HQ holds the whole building, floors 1 to 10, which IWG opened in October 2025 as more than 6,400 sq ft of flexible space. HQ is IWG's value brand, so it runs on the same platform as Regus with plainer finishes. Rooms hold one person to more than twenty, furnished. It is a service agreement rather than a lease, with three months minimum, two months' deposit and three months' notice. A room for one is HK$3,283 a month, a room for four is 102 sq ft at HK$12,590, and a seat on the coworking floor is HK$3,580. Meeting rooms come as standard rather than as an extra.
Visitors walk up a flight of stairs to reach the lift lobby. The single passenger lift can queue at nine in the morning. The walks from both stations are uncovered. The Central to Mid-Levels escalator runs uphill from half past ten. The Center, nearby on Queen's Road Central, has a larger lift bank. For lunch, the choice runs from the cooked food stalls on Queen Victoria Street to the IFC restaurants. Our search costs you nothing: the operator pays our fee when a deal completes.
