Net-Work at Standard Chartered Bank Building, Central

The Standard Chartered Bank Building stands at 4-4A Des Voeux Road Central, in Central. It is 42 floors and 191 metres, designed by Palmer and Turner with Remo Riva leading, and it opened on 30 May 1990. Hang Lung Properties owns it. There are 255,400 sq ft of offices above 51,820 sq ft of shops. Two stained glass windows hang in the lobby, each ten metres tall and two and a half metres wide, showing scenes of Hong Kong.

Central station is 240 metres away, three minutes on foot, where the Island and Tsuen Wan lines meet. Hong Kong station is 650 metres, eight minutes, for the Airport Express and the Tung Chung line. The tram runs along Des Voeux Road Central outside, and Central Market is along the same road at number 80.

Net-Work holds Levels 18 and 19, more than 13,000 sq ft between them, with 27 private offices and 212 workstations. It is Hang Lung's own workspace brand, launched in May 2025, so the landlord and the operator are the same company. Rooms come furnished and hold one person to more than twenty, on a service agreement. The minimum is three months, the deposit two months and the notice three. A room for one is 50 sq ft at HK$4,450 a month and a room for four is 101 sq ft at HK$17,800. Height-adjustable desks with USB-C monitor connections, a wellness room, a concierge and secretarial support come with the floor, and a membership also opens Hang Lung's HANGOUT spaces on the mainland.
