The rooms are furnished and sized for one person up to more than twenty. What you sign is a service agreement: three month minimum, two month deposit, three months' notice. A room for one is HK$12,000 a month and a room for four is HK$48,000. A seat in the lounge is HK$3,950. The floor has a barista bar, adjustable standing desks, business concierge support and access at any hour.
A medical centre on the third floor means the lower lifts carry its patients too. Pottinger Street's food shops climb the steps beside the building, and Central Market is a walk west. The centre is spread over four small floors. For one large floor instead, the same operator's Level 20 at One IFC is 15,308 sq ft in a single piece.
