V Point stands at 18 Tang Lung Street, on the short block between Times Square and Hennessy Road in Causeway Bay. It was completed in 2016, runs to 31 storeys under a single landlord and mixes offices with restaurants. ALTO, a bar and grill, takes the 31st floor with a rooftop bar above it. Tang Lung Street itself is a run of small restaurants, and the Times Square piazza is at the end of it.
Causeway Bay station is 280 metres away, four minutes on foot. Exit A is the one to use, the same exit that serves Times Square. The Island line runs one stop west to Wan Chai and three to Central. Exhibition Centre station on the East Rail line is 870 metres away, eleven minutes.
The Hive takes the ninth floor. There are private rooms, coworking space, meeting rooms, breakout lounges and an outdoor terrace laid out as a sky garden. Rooms come furnished, from one person to more than twenty, on a three month minimum. A room for one is HK$4,000 a month and a room for four is 105 sq ft and HK$16,000. A seat on the coworking floor is also HK$4,000.
The walk from the station is in the open. The entrance is a street lobby on a narrow restaurant lane, so a visitor finds it without instructions. The ninth floor looks onto the street rather than the harbour, and the terrace gives the floor its own outdoor space, which is rare in Causeway Bay. Times Square's dining floors are a minute away, and ALTO upstairs covers a client dinner without leaving the building. Above ten people the suite carries one price. For a Grade A lobby and a high floor, the Lee Garden towers are in the same district. Our search costs you nothing: the operator pays our fee when a deal completes.
