Tower One is 46 storeys, and a typical office floor there is about 17,000 sq ft. The mall below runs to fashion, electronics and restaurant floors, with an open piazza on Matheson Street at its foot.
Causeway Bay station is 230 metres away, three minutes on foot. Exit A leads into the podium by a long sloping subway, so you reach the lift lobby without going outside. Exit A and the station's south concourse opened with Times Square in 1994. The Island line runs one stop west to Wan Chai and three to Central.
Sky Business Centre is on Level 34 of Tower One. It lets furnished rooms from one person to more than twenty on a three month minimum, with meeting rooms, phone booths, 24 hour access and reception. A room for one is HK$4,500 a month and a room for four is HK$18,000. A seat on the coworking floor is HK$3,000.
A first time visitor comes out of the subway among the shops, and the office lift lobby needs pointing out. Russell Street and Jardine's Bazaar, for lunch outside the mall, are a few minutes north.
