What coworking in City Hall costs

Checked 2 October 2026. A dedicated desk in City Hall costs about S$560 a month on average, and a hot desk about S$380. Dedicated desks run from S$310 at JustCo in Marina Square, and hot desks run from S$220 at Servcorp in Suntec Tower 3.

When the team needs a door it can close, most centres here have private offices inside them. A room for four averages about S$630 per person on the serviced office side, so desks today can become a room upstairs in the same building next year.

All of these are asking rates. The operator pays our fee, and we negotiate the rate you sign.

What a coworking space here includes

Take a hot desk as you find it, keep a dedicated desk that stays yours, or close the door on a private room, all in the same centre. The monthly rate covers meeting room time, internet, printing and the pantry. You can sign monthly, and a 12 month term usually lowers the monthly rate.

Where the coworking spaces are

The centres we price run from 109 North Bridge and 75 High Street near the river to Suntec Tower 5 and Marina Square on the waterfront side, with Beach Centre, 331 Odeon Towers and 410 North Bridge Road among others. Every one is a few minutes from City Hall or Esplanade station, and we can show you three or four in a single visit.

Getting there

City Hall station carries the North South line and the East West line, and the change between them is across one platform. For the Suntec and Marina Square end of the district, Esplanade station on the Circle line is the closer stop, and Citylink Mall joins the two stations underground.
