Marina Bay
Checked 2 October 2026. A serviced office in Marina Bay costs about S$880 per person a month on average for a team of four, the highest of the districts we price.
Prices vary between towers. A private office for four runs from S$683 per person at Regus in Marina Bay Financial Centre Tower 3, and The Executive Centre in IOI Central Boulevard Towers asks S$1,702 at the top end. Tell us how many people you are seating and we will price the towers that fit, side by side.
Those figures are asking prices. We handle the negotiation on the rent you sign, and the operator covers our fee.
At the Marina Bay centres, one monthly bill takes care of the room, furniture, internet, utilities, cleaning, reception and building management. A meeting room allowance is standard at most of these towers, and big teams take whole suites of connected rooms. Fit out is already done and there is nothing to reinstate at the end, so a team can usually move into a Marina Bay suite two to three weeks after signing.
You can sign for a month or for a year in Marina Bay. Monthly terms work well for a team testing the district or adding headcount fast, and signing on for 12 months usually secures a better monthly rate.
The centres we price include Marina One East and West, both towers of Asia Square, Marina Bay Financial Centre Tower 3, One Fullerton and IOI Central Boulevard Towers, among others. Every tower here is from 2006 or later, and we can walk you through several in one visit.
If a desk is enough for now, coworking space in Marina Bay runs from S$300 a month, and most centres let you move from a desk to a room in the same building later.
From Downtown station on the Downtown line, the Marina Bay Link Mall runs underground and air conditioned to MBFC and Marina One. The Sands side is served by Bayfront station on the Downtown and Circle lines, while Marina Bay station takes the south edge.

Yes. Monthly terms are the norm in Marina Bay, from Asia Square to IOI Central Boulevard Towers, and committing to 12 months usually lowers the monthly figure. We can put both options in front of you.
Rooms run from one person to about fifty across the centres we price, and adjacent suites combine beyond that. Tell us your team size and we will shortlist the towers that fit.
Go for a room when privacy, calls and your own door matter to the team. Desks work better when there are only one or two of you and plans keep changing. Most centres in Marina Bay offer both, so you can move from one to the other as the team changes.
Nothing. Nextspace is an office broker in Singapore. We show what each centre asks, negotiate the rent you sign, and are paid by the operator when a deal completes, so the search costs you nothing.
