Who the West suits

The West suits a team whose people live in the west of the island. Jurong East and Holland Village are both on direct lines, and an office here removes the daily trip into town.

It suits a firm that wants an established hub today. Jurong East station has three malls and a bus interchange at its doors, and the offices we price are a short walk from all of them.

It suits a team that wants to grow with Jurong Lake District. The district is planned as the largest business district outside the city centre, and new offices, homes and transport are being added around the station over the coming years.
