Li Dong Building is a 29 storey building in Central, at 9 Li Yuen Street East where the lane meets Queen's Road Central. It was finished in 2002 and holds about 67,000 sq ft. The ground floor is retail and 27 office floors run above it to the 29th. Two passenger lifts serve them. The tenants are mostly beauty, medical and fitness businesses.
Li Yuen Street East is pedestrianised and 120 metres long, running from Des Voeux Road Central at one end to Queen's Road Central at the other. Stalls along it sell clothes, drapery, accessories and souvenirs, and Hong Kong people call it Central's Women Street. Hong Kong station is 350 metres away, four minutes on foot, for the Airport Express and the Tung Chung line. Central is 400 metres, five minutes, for the Island and Tsuen Wan lines. Central Market sits at the Des Voeux Road end of the walk, at number 80.

Three months is the shortest term, on a service agreement, with a two month deposit and three months' notice. A room for one is HK$7,450 a month and a room for four is HK$27,600. The floors are small, so a whole floor suits a team that wants its own door. There is no car drop-off at the door and no covered walk to the lift.
