What we collect
What you type into an enquiry form: your name, company, email, phone number, the kind of space you want, your team size and your timing, plus anything you write in the message field. We also collect the standard analytics a website collects, including the pages you looked at and the campaign that brought you here.
Why we collect it
To answer your enquiry with real prices, which means knowing the size of the team and where you want to be. To get you a quote from an operator, which means telling them enough to produce one. And to understand which pages are useful, which is ordinary web analytics.
Who we share it with
The operator or landlord whose building you asked about, and only what they need to quote. Our own systems for customer records and email. Nobody else. We do not sell data, and we do not pass your details to operators you did not ask about without telling you.
How long we keep it
Enquiry records for as long as we have a live relationship with you, and then for the period Hong Kong record-keeping rules require of a licensed agency. Analytics data on the standard retention of the platform concerned.
Cookies
Cookies that make the site work, and analytics cookies that tell us which pages get used. If you arrive from an advertisement we record which one, so we can tell whether the advertising is worth running.
Your rights
Under the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance you may ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, and ask us to delete it. Write to hello@nextspace.co and we will action it. You can unsubscribe from anything we send with the link in the email.
