Regus holds the seventh floor of the low block. Furnished rooms run from one person to more than twenty. What you sign is a service agreement, not a lease, with a three month minimum, a two month deposit and three months' notice. A room for one is HK$4,000 a month and a seat on the coworking floor is also HK$4,000. A Regus contract carries business lounge access across the IWG network in more than 120 countries.
The walk from Sheung Wan station Exit E2 is east along Queen's Road Central at street level. Two towers share the plaza: 181 is the low block and 183 is COSCO Tower, the high block, so a first-time visitor should know which address to enter. Eight passenger lifts serve the 29 office floors. The Regus floor is the seventh, so the view is the street rather than the harbour.
The podium holds restaurants, a coffee shop and bank branches, and the plaza has outdoor seating. The IFC restaurants are on the covered footbridge network from the building.
