The V at 25 Tung Lo Wan Road The Garden

Garden Offices sits at 25 Tung Lo Wan Road, on the eastern edge of Causeway Bay where the district runs into Tai Hang. The V Group runs the building rather than renting a floor in someone else's, and takes the ground floor up to the third. Victoria Park, the Hong Kong Central Library and St Paul's Hospital are all within walking distance. Tung Lo Wan Road itself is a quieter street of small shops and restaurants.

The building sits between two stations. Causeway Bay is 660 metres away, eight minutes on foot, using Exit F1. Tin Hau is 670 metres, also eight minutes. Both are on the Island line, which reaches Wan Chai in two stops from here and Central in four. The Lee Gardens shopping streets are about six minutes west.

The offices run from the ground floor to the third and come furnished, from one person to more than twenty, on a three month minimum. Rooms have openable windows, double glazed glass partitions and a fresh air ventilation system, and they look onto greenery or the street. There is a business lounge, enclosed meeting rooms, an event space with a bi-folding door and a 60 inch screen, and a rooftop garden. A room for one is HK$3,000 a month and a room for four is HK$11,316.
