Lee Garden One is the triangular Grade A tower at 33 Hysan Avenue, Causeway Bay. DLN Architects designed it for Hysan Development and it opened in April 1997. At 240 metres it is the tallest building in the district, with 39 office floors, 22 passenger lifts and 200 car parking spaces. Hysan's tenant list here runs to insurers, consultants, banks and high end retailers, and a seven storey shopping centre of luxury brands and restaurants sits below.
Causeway Bay station is 180 metres away, two minutes on foot. Exit F2 opens inside Hysan Place. The Island line reaches Wan Chai in one stop and Central in three. A footbridge joins Lee Garden Two to this building at podium level.

The covered walkway links that Hysan gazetted in May 2023 are due from 2026. The office lifts are separate from the shopping centre lifts below.
