Serffices at KT 336

Serffices has the fifth and sixth floors of KT336, at 334 to 336 Kwun Tong Road, on the corner of Tai Yip Street. The building went up in 1966 as the Far East Factory Building, was renamed and refitted, and is graded B. It runs to eleven storeys. Floors are 7,950 to 10,200 sq ft gross, and slab to slab is 3.30 metres, taller than a modern office floor. A concierge sits in the ground floor foyer.

Ngau Tau Kok station is 350 metres away, four minutes on foot from Exit B6 on the Kwun Tong line. Two doors along at 348 stand Manulife Place and International Trade Tower, with a Starbucks and a 7-Eleven at street level. Millennium City 1 at 388 has McDonald's and Cafe de Coral, and the apm mall is east at 418.

The lift doors open on a staffed reception, then a corridor of small rooms rather than an open floor. Rooms are partitioned and furnished, most of them for one to four people, and the largest take about twelve. Units start at 90 sq ft. This centre sells private rooms only, on a three month minimum. A room for one person is HK$2,000 a month and a room for four is HK$4,880.
