About Serffices
Who Serffices Are
Serffices is a Hong Kong company running one centre, in Kwun Tong.
It takes two whole floors of KT336, subdivided into small private offices seating about 200 people. Alongside the rooms it runs company secretarial work, phone answering and advice on incorporating a Hong Kong company.

There are two passenger lifts, and air conditioning is a separate split unit for each tenant. A concierge sits in the ground floor foyer.
Ngau Tau Kok station Exit B6 is four minutes away.
Two doors along at number 348 stand Manulife Place and International Trade Tower. There is a Starbucks and a 7-Eleven at street level, and Pure Fitness three minutes from the lift. Millennium City 1 at number 388 has McDonald's and Cafe de Coral. The apm shopping centre is east at 418.
What The Spaces Are Like
The centre has a staffed reception, then a corridor of small offices rather than an open floor. Rooms are partitioned and furnished, most of them for one to four people, and the biggest take about twelve. This centre sells private rooms only.
