AIA Kowloon Tower is one of the two towers of Landmark East, at 100 How Ming Street in Kwun Tong. Wing Tai Properties built the pair and finished them in 2008. This tower is Grade A, has 34 office floors and holds about 820,000 sq ft, with floor plates running up to 28,100 sq ft. Ceilings on a standard floor are 2.9 metres. Each lift zone is served by four to six passenger lifts on a central call system.
Ngau Tau Kok station is 620 metres away, eight minutes on foot, and its Exit B5 is the How Ming Street exit. Kwun Tong station is marginally closer at 570 metres and seven minutes. The apm mall sits over Kwun Tong station, so ten floors of shops and restaurants are seven minutes away, and Millennium City 1 at 388 Kwun Tong Road has McDonald's and Cafe de Coral.
RTC Business Centre holds the twentieth floor. Rooms are furnished and sized from one person to six, on a three month minimum. A room for one person is HK$2,500 a month and a room for four is HK$10,000. A seat on the coworking floor is HK$2,000. The in-house team handles company secretarial work, company formation, accounting and tax.
Neither station walk is covered. The entrance is a Grade A lobby on How Ming Street. The twentieth floor looks over Kowloon East.

How do you get to Landmark East from the MTR?
