Kwun Tong station is 180 metres away, two minutes on foot from Exit A2, on the Kwun Tong line. The route is covered. A footbridge network joins the building to the rest of Kwun Tong, so you reach the MTR, the taxi rank, the bus stands and the China and Hong Kong shuttle terminal without stepping outside. Ngau Tau Kok station is the second option, 940 metres and twelve minutes.
RTC Business Centre holds the fifteenth floor, units 1501 to 1508. Rooms are furnished and run from one person to more than twenty, on a three month minimum. A room for three is 68 sq ft and a room for ten is 241 sq ft. A room for one person is HK$2,950 a month. A seat on the coworking floor is HK$4,950. The in-house team handles company secretarial work, company formation, accounting and tax.
The walk from Kwun Tong station is covered the whole way, running up through the apm mall. A first time visitor should take Exit A2 and the BEA Tower lifts. The fifteenth floor sits clear of the mall podium and the road below it. Lunch is the small eateries between the workshops, and apm on the station for anything a client should see.
