Who Rtc Business Centre Are

RTC is a Hong Kong corporate services firm that runs business centres alongside the paperwork. The company behind it is RTC Corporate Services Limited. It holds a Trust or Company Service Provider licence. That is the permission Hong Kong requires to form and administer companies for other people, and RTC publishes the number: TC007215.

It works only in Hong Kong, from three centres in Kowloon East. Alongside the office it sells company registration, company secretarial work, accounting and tax, help opening a bank account, corporate finance and CFO advice, and cloud and digital marketing services.

For a tenant, that means the office and the filing come from one supplier. If you are opening a Hong Kong company from overseas, the firm that gives you the address can also be the firm that files your annual return.

Where They Are In Hong Kong

Three buildings, two in Kwun Tong and one in Kowloon Bay.

The Kwun Tong APM centre is in BEA Tower, part of Millennium City 5 at 418 Kwun Tong Road. The tower was finished in 2004 and holds more than 740,000 square feet of offices, on a typical floor of about 25,500 square feet. Bank of East Asia runs its back office over fifteen floors of the same building. A covered footbridge runs from Kwun Tong station Exit A2 straight into the complex, so you reach the lift lobby without going outside. The apm shopping centre is part of the same development.

The Kwun Tong AIA centre is on the 20th floor of AIA Kowloon Tower, at Landmark East, 100 How Ming Street. Landmark East is a pair of Grade A towers completed in 2008, of 36 and 34 storeys. The AIA tower is the 34-storey one, with 820,000 square feet of offices, a floor plate of 28,100 square feet and 17 passenger lifts. Around the two towers sits 35,000 square feet of landscaped open space. It is about seven minutes on foot from Kwun Tong station.

The Kowloon Bay centre is on the 8th floor of First Group Centre, 23 Wang Chiu Road. It is the newest of the three by twenty years. It is a 25-storey Grade A tower completed in 2023. Ceilings run to about 4.75 metres, with five passenger lifts, one goods lift and 153 parking spaces over four levels. MegaBox is a few doors along the same street. The walk from Kowloon Bay station is about eight minutes. A free MegaBox shuttle runs from Exit A, from nine in the morning until just before midnight.

What The Spaces Are Like

The centres are Grade A tower floors with a conventional corporate fit-out, furnished and ready to use. A reception greets your visitors and handles the post. The offices lock, and there are meeting rooms and a pantry at each centre.

Every centre comes with 24 hour access, high-speed broadband and wifi, an independent phone and fax line, printing, copying and scanning, and a break area.

Three things worth knowing:

**One firm for the office and the company.** RTC holds the licence to form and administer Hong Kong companies. The same business can register your company, act as its company secretary, and do the bookkeeping and the tax return. For a founder arriving from overseas, that is three suppliers removed from the list.

**The rent covers the building charges.** Water, electricity, management fees and rates sit inside the monthly figure, along with broadband, wifi and your own phone line. Printing, copying and scanning are on the floor. One number, one invoice.

**Two addresses that never put you outside.** BEA Tower connects to Kwun Tong Exit A2 under cover, with apm above the station and the cross-border coach terminal for the mainland nearby. The Kowloon Bay centre sits beside MegaBox, with a free shuttle from the station.

What Rtc Business Centre Costs

A seat in a private office starts at HK$2,500 a month at AIA Kowloon Tower in Kwun Tong. BEA Tower opens at HK$2,950, and First Group Centre in Kowloon Bay at HK$3,300. The newest building carries the highest opening price, which is what 2023 construction buys.

A room for four is HK$9,152 at BEA Tower, HK$10,000 at AIA Kowloon Tower and HK$13,200 at First Group Centre.

Contracts run from a minimum of three months. The deposit is two months and the notice period is three months.
