About Konnect Haven
Who Konnect Haven Are
Konnect Haven is a Hong Kong business trading under the name Haven Oak. It runs one workspace, and it took its name from the building it sits in.
There is no open coworking floor here. Every membership is a room with a door.

The building is 25 storeys and about 86,200 square feet, and it is graded A. It was the Wan Chai Prince Hotel until a two year refurbishment turned it into offices, finished in early 2020. Agents also list it as Yinhe Tower, the same address.
There are two passenger lifts and a service lift. A standard floor is about 3,200 square feet, and units run from 3,228 to 4,610 square feet gross. From the fourteenth floor upward the offices look over the harbour.
The ground floor holds a fitness centre and a beauty salon. Floors one to nine are let to restaurants, so lunch does not need the street. The entrance is at 303 Jaffe Road.
Exhibition Centre station Exit A1 is a seven minute walk, and Wan Chai and Causeway Bay stations are each about the same. The Convention and Exhibition Centre, the Grand Hyatt, the St Regis and Times Square are all within walking distance.
