The Hong Kong market
A serviced office in Hong Kong usually runs about HK$3,900 per desk a month. The district moves the price more than the building does. A desk that averages about HK$5,700 in Central runs about HK$2,500 in Kwun Tong, usually in a newer building. Moving one MTR stop is often worth more than any negotiation.
Private offices run from one person to full floors of 99, across 45 operators. Coworking desks sit inside many of the same buildings. Whole floors on traditional leases are priced case by case, within 24 hours of a brief.
