What a serviced office includes

Walk into any tower on Sheikh Zayed Road and the product is the same: a furnished room with your name on the door, and one monthly bill that carries the internet, the utilities, the cleaning and the front desk. Dubai calls these centres business centres, and most also run coworking desks on the same floor, so a team can grow from two desks into a ten person room without a new address. Terms run month to month, and signing 12 months usually brings the figure down.

Where to find serviced offices in Dubai

Serviced offices on Sheikh Zayed Road hold the deepest stock, around the World Trade Centre. Serviced offices in Downtown Dubai carry the Burj Khalifa address. Serviced offices in JLT and serviced offices in Barsha Heights sit on the same Red Line at lower averages, and serviced offices in Deira cover the old trading side of the Creek.

How much is a serviced office in Dubai?

About AED 2,300 per person a month across the centres we price, from AED 900 per person at Austria Business Center on Sheikh Zayed Road up to AED 3,900 at myOffice in Downtown Dubai.

What is the difference between a business centre and a serviced office?

Nothing. Dubai says business centre, the rest of the world says serviced office. Both mean a furnished private office on one monthly bill.

Can I rent an office for one month in Dubai?

Yes. Monthly terms are standard in Dubai business centres. Committing to 12 months usually brings the rate down, so tell us your plans and we will price both.

Is a serviced office or a coworking desk better?

A team that takes calls and needs its own door takes an office. One or two people who want flexibility take a desk. Tell us how your team works and we will price both.

Are bills included in a serviced office?

Everything sits in the one bill: internet, utilities, cleaning, reception and pantry. Meeting rooms come with an allowance, and extra hours are billed.

Do you charge a fee?

No. Our search is free: we negotiate the rent you sign and the operator pays our fee when a deal completes.
