Business Bay is the office district Dubai dug around its canal, next to Downtown. Bay Square is the low-rise courtyard quarter with restaurants on the ground floor, and the towers along the canal and Sheikh Zayed Road take the bigger floor plates.

Getting to your Business Bay office by metro
Business Bay station is on the Red Line, one stop from Burj Khalifa/Dubai Mall. The station sits on the Sheikh Zayed Road side, so check which side of the canal your tower is on before you promise a client a five minute walk. DXB airport is about 25 minutes on the same line, with no change.
Who Business Bay suits
Business Bay suits a team that wants the Downtown postcode without the Downtown rent. The Burj Khalifa district is over the bridge, and Business Bay averages about half the Downtown price per person.
