Who New Dubai suits

New Dubai suits a team that wants a newer tower and a shorter commute from the Marina side of the city. Most buildings here went up in the last fifteen years, and the Marina, JBR and the Palm are next door.

It suits a team that works with the free zones. DMCC in JLT and the TECOM zones in Media City and Internet City anchor the region, so a company licensed there can sit inside its own zone.

Price is the one thing to know before you come. Dubai Marina averages about AED 3,000 per person a month, the highest of the districts we price.

How much does office space in New Dubai cost?

Across the districts we price, a serviced office averages AED 2,000 to AED 3,000 per person a month, and a coworking desk averages AED 1,000 to AED 1,400. JLT averages AED 2,000 and Dubai Marina AED 3,000. These are asking prices, and we negotiate the one you sign.

Which districts are in New Dubai?

JLT, Barsha Heights, Media & Internet City and Dubai Marina. Dubai South & DSO and Al Quoz & JVC keep their own pages for search, and their listings appear on the JLT and Media City pages.

Which metro line serves New Dubai?

The Red Line, with Dubai Internet City station for Barsha Heights, Sobha Realty for the Marina, and DMCC for JLT. The Dubai Tram loops the Marina and JBR.

Is New Dubai lower priced than Central Dubai?

On average the ranges overlap. New Dubai runs AED 2,000 to AED 3,000 per person and Central Dubai AED 1,400 to AED 2,900, so the building decides, not the region. We can show you both in one trip.

What does Nextspace charge?

Nothing. Nextspace is an office broker in Dubai. We show what each centre asks, negotiate the rent you sign, and are paid by the operator when a deal completes, so the search costs you nothing.
