The lowest asking price is AED1,000 per person a month, at 8w Building Airport in Deira. At the other end, Standard Chartered Tower in Downtown Dubai asks AED2,000.
Same operator, same service; the difference is the building. The standard terms are a two-month deposit, three months of notice, and a monthly or yearly contract.
