Where They Are In Hong Kong
Five buildings across four districts, all of them on Hong Kong Island.
Central is 9 Queen's Road Central, three minutes from Central station. Wan Chai is YF Life Tower, five minutes from Wan Chai station. Quarry Bay is 14 Tai Koo Wan Road, inside Cityplaza Three, six minutes from Tai Koo station.
Causeway Bay has two. Lee Garden One sits on the 46th floor of the Hysan estate, two minutes from the station. Soundwill Plaza II Midtown is three minutes away and is the newest of the five.
Every one of those stations is on the Island Line, so moving between centres is a few stops on one train.
What The Spaces Are Like
All five are Grade A towers fitted to one template. Exposed ceilings, dark metal and glass, private rooms wrapped around a communal lounge, and hot-desking benches in the open. Phone booths, printing, cleaning, wifi and a staffed reception come with every centre. Soundwill Plaza II Midtown runs over four floors and 31,800 square feet.
