Hong Thai Expo and Business Centre keeps serviced offices on the fifth floor of United Centre, 95 Queensway, Admiralty. United Centre is a Grade A tower completed in 1981, with a shopping arcade at its base, a covered link to Admiralty station and the elevated walkway outside running to Pacific Place. Typical floors run to about 20,500 sq ft, the lobby board lists fifteen passenger lifts, and several business centres run floors in the tower.

Central air conditioning covers business hours and Saturday mornings. The bus terminus and taxi rank sit beside the station, and a post office mail room occupies the ground floor. Admiralty station is 50 metres away, one minute on foot. The Island, Tsuen Wan, South Island and East Rail lines all meet below the building, and Central is 960 metres west, twelve minutes along the walkway.

Hong Thai's rooms come furnished on a service agreement, from one person at HK$3,864 a month, up to suites for more than twenty. A room for four is HK$14,672 a month, above ten people each suite carries one price, and a coworking seat is HK$3,500.
