About this space
What a broker who has walked it will tell you
Metro Workspace runs a coworking space and serviced offices at Admiralty Centre, 18 Harcourt Road, in the complex that stands directly on top of Admiralty station. Cheung Kong built it in 1980, and a three storey shopping podium sits below the towers, with banks, a food court and the HKU SPACE Admiralty Learning Centre. A McDonald's in the podium was once counted among the busiest in the world. The Queensway Plaza walkway outside the lobby links under cover to Lippo Centre, United Centre, Far East Finance Centre and Pacific Place.
A bus terminus and taxi rank sit beside the station. Admiralty station is 140 metres away, two minutes on foot. Island, Tsuen Wan, South Island and East Rail lines all stop below. Since the East Rail extension opened in May 2022, Kowloon Tong has been seven minutes away. Central is 860 metres west, eleven minutes along the walkway.
A coworking seat is HK$3,200 a month. Serviced rooms come furnished on a service agreement, starting at HK$4,200 for one person and running to suites for more than twenty.
The lift from the office floors goes straight to the station concourse. The walkway also reaches the High Court under cover. The floor suits a small team that visits clients more than it receives them. Pacific Place is one tower east. Lunch options run through Pacific Place and the Star Street precinct behind it. Our search costs you nothing: the operator pays our fee when a deal completes. Tell us your headcount and we will send back the rooms available here and what each asks.
