Hong Thai Expo and Business Centre, HTEBC for short, opened in 2022 on the fifth floor of United Centre in Admiralty. It is independent and family owned, and this is its only address.

It sells private offices for one person up to twenty or more, space on a shared floor, meeting rooms, and an event and exhibition hall of over 3,000 sq ft. The hall is why the word Expo is in the name, and it is let to outside companies as well as to members.

Where They Are In Hong Kong

Admiralty, and nowhere else. HTEBC has the whole fifth floor of United Centre, 95 Queensway, which is about 36,000 sq ft in one piece.

United Centre was completed in 1981 and runs to 37 storeys. It is a Grade A tower of about 554,000 sq ft. There are 15 passenger lifts and one cargo lift, so the morning wait is short for a building this size. Upper floors run 20,489 to 31,410 sq ft and the podium floors are larger still. That is how one occupier comes to hold 36,000 sq ft on a single level.

Admiralty station Exit D opens into the ground floor of United Centre. It is a one minute walk to the lifts, under cover the whole way. Admiralty is a four line interchange, on the Tsuen Wan, Island, South Island and East Rail lines. Few addresses in Hong Kong are easier to reach from anywhere.

At street level there is a shopping podium and the Admiralty East bus terminus. Covered walkways run to Queensway Plaza, Admiralty Centre, Pacific Place and the Central Government Offices. A meeting in government or in a bank is a walk rather than a taxi.

Meeting rooms come with a credit rather than an hourly charge, and the event hall is booked by arrangement.

Contracts run from three months rather than the three year lease a conventional office needs. The deposit is two months and the notice period is three months.
