Lippo Centre is the pair of dark blue towers at 89 Queensway in Admiralty. Hong Kong calls it the koala building, after the clusters of windows on its sides. The complex opened in 1988 as the Bond Centre, designed by the American architect Paul Rudolph. Tower One rises 46 storeys. The lobby keeps bas relief murals by the artist Gerard d'Alton Henderson. The complex has carried the Lippo Group's name since the early 1990s. Hong Kong Park is across Queensway. The tower joins the elevated walkway that runs to Admiralty station and on to Pacific Place.
Both towers share a podium with shops at street level. Admiralty station is 250 metres away, three minutes on foot. Four lines meet there, and Central is 730 metres along the walkway, nine minutes.
Bela Offices runs serviced rooms inside Tower One, furnished on a service agreement. A room for one is HK$3,647 a month. A room for four is HK$13,128 a month. Above ten people each suite carries one price. A seat on the coworking floor is HK$5,400.

The elevated walkway gives a covered walk to Admiralty station. The podium is shops rather than restaurants, so lunch is a covered walk to Queensway Plaza or Pacific Place.
