Capital Business Centre at Mc Donald Building, Causeway Bay

McDonald's Building stands at 48 Yee Wo Street in Causeway Bay, on the stretch of street that runs east from Sogo towards Victoria Park. It was finished in 1984 and rises 20 storeys as a single block in multiple ownership. A McDonald's holds the ground, first and second floors, which is where the building takes its name. Sogo, Hysan Place, Times Square and Russell Street are all within a few hundred metres.

Causeway Bay station is 280 metres away, four minutes on foot. Exit F1 opens onto Yee Wo Street at the top of Jardine's Bazaar. The station is on the Island line, one stop east of Wan Chai and three east of Central. Trams run along Yee Wo Street outside the door, and Capital counts more than 20 bus and minibus routes on the same street.

Capital Business Centre takes a floor of its own here, more than 5,600 sq ft. It says the glass curtain wall gives the rooms daylight and a view across the district. On the floor are private rooms, a meeting room and a lounge, with reception, mail handling, printing and 24 hour access. Rooms run from one person to eight. A room for one is HK$3,980 a month and a room for four is HK$9,800. Everything comes furnished, on a three month minimum.
