Who Ceo Suite Are

CEO SUITE opened its first centre in Jakarta in 1997. It is private and still led by its founder, Mee Kim, as President.

It now runs 24 locations in 12 Asian cities, across China, Indonesia, South Korea, Malaysia, the Philippines, Singapore, Thailand and Vietnam. The staff come out of hotels rather than property, and the company says so deliberately.

For a tenant, that means one counterparty for the whole region. A company opening in Seoul, Jakarta, Manila or Ho Chi Minh City deals with the same firm it deals with here.

Where They Are In Hong Kong

Three centres: two in Central and one in Tsim Sha Tsui.

Two of them trade under a second name, Work Wise, which CEO SUITE launched in June 2026 for start-ups and growing companies. Same operator, same people, a different brand on the door.

The Tsim Sha Tsui centre is the flagship, on Level 7 of K11 Atelier at 18 Salisbury Road. The tower is 66 storeys of offices, hotel and serviced apartments on the Victoria Dockside waterfront, designed by Kohn Pedersen Fox. It stands over East Tsim Sha Tsui station, Exit J, with K11 MUSEA below it and the Rosewood hotel next door. There are eight passenger lifts, a separate VIP lift and around 1,000 parking spaces.

Work Wise at Chinachem Tower takes Levels 5 to 7 at 34 Connaught Road Central. The building is a refurbished 23 storey block with two passenger lifts, one goods lift and shops on the lower floors. Hong Kong station is two minutes away and Central station three, under cover most of the way to the Airport Express. The Mid-Levels escalator is five minutes on foot.

Work Wise at Nan Fung Tower takes Levels 21 and 23 at 88 Connaught Road Central, at the Sheung Wan end of the road. It is a 28 storey Grade A building with eight passenger lifts and one goods lift, over a retail podium of cafes and shops. Sheung Wan station, Exit E3, is four minutes away. The floors are high enough to look over Sheung Wan to the harbour.

What The Spaces Are Like

Each centre has a staffed reception rather than an open floor. K11 Atelier is the luxurious end, with harbour views and furnishings to match. The two Work Wise floors are lighter and more contemporary, with smart access control and rooms booked through an AI-driven system.

Every centre comes with high speed internet, a business lounge, IT support, personal lockers, phone booths, HD video conferencing and high resolution printing. Meeting rooms have an interactive screen or a projector.

CEO SUITE is very good at three things:

**A podcast and live streaming studio.** It sits inside Work Wise at Chinachem Tower. Members who publish video or audio can book it in their own building rather than hiring a studio across town.

**Answering the calls, not just the door.** Call centre operators take calls in your company's name, and voicemail arrives as email. A branch office with nobody sitting by a phone still sounds staffed.

**Setting up the company, not just the office.** Company registration, accounting, recruitment and IT support are bought from the same firm as the room. A team landing in Hong Kong for the first time adds one supplier instead of four.

What Ceo Suite Costs

A seat in a private office starts at HK$4,294 a month at Work Wise Chinachem Tower in Central. Nan Fung Tower is HK$4,450. The flagship at K11 Atelier is HK$7,189, which is what the waterfront address costs.

A room for four runs from HK$16,800 at Chinachem Tower to HK$27,200 at K11 Atelier, with Nan Fung Tower at HK$17,360 in between.

Coworking space is sold at all three centres, and the price order turns around:

So K11 Atelier asks HK$7,189 for a private office and HK$2,800 for coworking space. That is the highest private rate of the three and the lowest per person.

Meeting rooms are booked by the hour and charged on top of the rent.

Contracts run from three months, rather than the three year lease a conventional office needs. The deposit is two months and the notice period is three months.

Who Ceo Suite Suits

CEO SUITE suits companies that want one office supplier across Asia.

That covers a wide range. Branch offices of overseas firms, regional teams, professional practices, start-ups on the Work Wise floors, and any team from one person to a full room. What they have in common is wanting a private room with a door and somebody else running the office.

It also suits companies whose next office is in another Asian city. A firm in Seoul, Jakarta, Bangkok or Ho Chi Minh City can open here without finding a new supplier. A Hong Kong firm can do the same in reverse.
