About Nova
Who Nova Are
Nova started in Hong Kong in 2009, in an 80 square foot serviced office with room for three people. The legal name is NOVA Business Services Limited. It is independent and privately held, and the people who run it are practising accountants, audit partners and compliance specialists.
The business is corporate services first: company registration, company secretary, bookkeeping, audit, tax, payroll and virtual CFO work. The serviced office on 22/F is where those clients sit.
For a tenant, that means one supplier for the office and the compliance calendar. If you are an overseas founder setting up a Hong Kong company, the same team incorporates it, files it and gives you the room to sit in.
Where They Are In Hong Kong
One address: 22/F, 3 Lockhart Road, Wan Chai, at the western end of Lockhart Road, two streets inland from Gloucester Road and the harbour front.
3 Lockhart Road was finished in 1995 and is 30 storeys. It holds 18 office floors from 11/F to 31/F and about 125,000 square feet in all. Floors are small, about 4,180 square feet of usable space each, and the ceiling is 7 feet 9 inches. Three lifts serve the building from a rear core, two of them for passengers. It is Grade A and held by a single owner. The central air conditioning runs 8.30 to 18.30 on weekdays and 8.30 to 14.00 on Saturdays.
At street level the ground floor is the car park and the lobby, with three floors of shops above it on 2/F to 4/F. Lockhart Road itself is restaurants and small shops from here east.
Wan Chai MTR Exit C is five minutes on foot. Admiralty is about six minutes the other way, which puts Pacific Place and the Tsuen Wan line within walking distance.
What The Spaces Are Like
The floor is small and high in a slim building, with a short corridor and a staffed reception rather than a lounge. Rooms are fully furnished private offices with wifi and cabled internet, CCTV on the floor and a pantry with drinks. This centre sells private rooms only. There is one conference room, an eight seater, charged when you use it.

**A reception that answers in your company's name.** You get a registered business address, a telephone number with an answering service, mail and parcel handling with notification, your company name on the building's electronic signboard, and reception and concierge. That matters if you are not in Hong Kong every week.
**Cloud finance already set up.** Nova names Xero, Oracle NetSuite, Amazon Web Services and Airwallex as partners, so your bookkeeping and payments sit in systems your accountant already runs.
