About Stone Rise
Who Stone Rise Are
Stone Rise is a single building rather than a chain, at 200 to 202 Nathan Road in Jordan. It is held in single ownership, and one property firm leases it.
The building was finished in 2024 and let from new, so every floor is first generation space. It sells furnished private offices. The other occupiers are clinics, beauty and wellness businesses, fitness studios, restaurants and shops, because the building was engineered for them.
For a tenant, that means the specification is unusual for an office at this money. You are renting height, daylight and floor strength that a 1980s Kowloon tower cannot offer.
Where They Are In Hong Kong
Jordan, on the Tsuen Wan line, at the corner of Nathan Road and Austin Road. Jordan station Exit D is two minutes away on foot, straight up Nathan Road.
The building runs to 17 storeys, with a retail floor at street level and office floors above. Floor plates are 2,000 to 2,600 sq ft, so one floor holds a whole small company. Two passenger lifts and one service lift serve the tower, which is a short wait in a building this size. Floor to floor height is 4.8 metres throughout. Four of the levels are built as sunroom and terrace floors. The rooftop garden and the flat roof are reachable from some floors. The building holds a provisional BEAM Plus Platinum rating, the top grade of Hong Kong's green building standard.
At street level there are shops, and the ground floor of Nathan Road either side is continuous retail. Kowloon Park and Park Lane Shopper's Boulevard are across the road. Austin Road takes you east to the Hong Kong Museum of History and the Science Museum. The Temple Street night market is a few streets the other way. Tsim Sha Tsui is one stop south and Mong Kok one stop north.
What The Spaces Are Like
The floors are new and the ceilings are high. The offices are furnished and private, with doors rather than screens. Air conditioning, cleaning and the building services come with the rent.
Stone Rise is very good at providing:
**Ceilings at 4.8 metres.** That is room for a mezzanine, a lighting rig, a double height meeting room or shelving to the roof. It also means a floor that stays cool and does not feel full.
**Daylight on four floors, and a terrace.** Four levels are sunroom and terrace floors, glazed to the ceiling with sliding doors onto the open air.
**A slab built for heavy equipment.** Two low zone floors were engineered to take MRI scanners and radiology rooms, and floor loading is high throughout. A server room, a kiln, a treatment couch or a squat rack goes in without strengthening anything.
