Who Wynd Are
WYND opened in 2013 on Wyndham Street in Central and has stayed in the same building since. Uber was its first client.
It holds a Hong Kong Trust or Company Service Provider licence, number TC003634.
For a tenant, that means reception can incorporate your company and act as its company secretary. The paperwork stays in the building.
Where They Are In Hong Kong
One building: Yu Yuet Lai Building, 43-55 Wyndham Street, Central. WYND takes the tenth floor.
The building is twelve storeys, finished in 1980, and one owner holds the whole of it. It is graded B, an older building with smaller floors than a new tower. There are two passenger lifts. Total floor area is 43,000 square feet, and offices in it run from about 440 to 3,670 square feet. Each office has its own air conditioning unit, so late nights are your decision.
The ground floor is a row of restaurants and bars: Kary's, 180 Modern Fire Grill and the Korean grill Hanyang. Fello runs over the ground and first floors. Chaiwala is in the basement, reached through the Hugger Mugger bar at number 43.
Central station Exit D2 is seven minutes away, uphill. Wyndham Street runs from Queen's Road Central up to Hollywood Road. Lan Kwai Fong is at the bottom of it and Tai Kwun at the top. The Central Mid-Levels Escalator, the Fringe Club, PMQ and SOHO are each a few minutes' walk.
What The Spaces Are Like
The tenth floor has a lounge rather than a reception counter. Herman Miller task chairs, a terrace, and balconies on some private rooms.
Every membership carries internet by cable and wifi, a conference room allowance and a printing allowance. Reception support, storage and a locker come with it, plus the member events.

**A terrace and balconies in Central.** Almost every Central office is a sealed floor in a curtain-wall tower. Here the lounge opens onto a terrace and some private rooms have a balcony. Outdoor space is rare on this side of the harbour.
