Eaton Club at Three Garden Road

Three Garden Road is the office complex at 3 Garden Road in Central, finished in 1992 by the Great Eagle group and now held by Champion REIT. It is two wings on a retail podium, each with its own lift core. Champion Tower has 47 storeys and was once called Citibank Tower. ICBC Tower has 37. A typical Champion Tower floor is 17,500 sq ft lettable. Twenty six floors of the two towers can be joined into about 34,000 sq ft, which the owner calls the largest floor plate available in Central. The building describes its lifts as nine zones of four high-speed cars each.

Central station is 520 metres away, seven minutes on foot, for the Island and Tsuen Wan lines. Admiralty is 620 metres, eight minutes, and adds the East Rail and South Island lines. The Garden Road stop of the Peak Tram is beside the building and St John's Cathedral is on the same street.

Eaton Club holds the 5th and 10th floors of Champion Tower. It runs as a private members' club rather than a plain office floor, with a staffed lounge, food and drink service and 4,500 sq ft of event space. Rooms come furnished, from one person to more than twenty, on a service agreement rather than a lease. The minimum is three months, with two months' deposit and three months' notice. A room for one is 46 sq ft at HK$6,000 a month and a room for four is 136 sq ft at HK$24,000. A seat in the lounge is HK$5,000.
