The Executive Centre at Nexxus Building, Central

The Nexxus Building stands at 41 Connaught Road Central, on the harbour side of Central. Mutual Capital built it in 1962 and one owner holds the whole of it. There are 19 office floors, from the third to the 25th, and about 182,166 sq ft in total, with floor plates between 8,089 and 13,418 sq ft gross. The ceilings are 2.4 to 2.6 metres and the air conditioning is a variable air volume central system. There is no car park in the building.

Hong Kong station is 260 metres away, three minutes on foot, for the Airport Express and the Tung Chung line. Central is 500 metres, six minutes, out of Exit A, for the Island and Tsuen Wan lines.

The Executive Centre holds Levels 15 and 16, 18,117 sq ft net between them, with three meeting rooms. One person to more than twenty fits here and the rooms are furnished. A service agreement rather than a lease, three months at the shortest, two months' deposit, three months' notice. A room for one is HK$9,500 a month and a room for four is HK$38,000. A seat in the members lounge is HK$7,500. The floors carry mini data centres, so a firm can rack its own servers beside its own team. Also on them: a barista bar, call rooms, adjustable standing desks, keyless locks, chauffeur and airport transfer services and access at any hour.
