Paragon at Gemmy Industrial Building, Kwun Tong

Paragon runs the centre on the fourth floor of Gemmy Industrial Building, at 12 Hung To Road in Kwun Tong, and lists it as Shooting Star. The block was finished in 1978 and has twelve storeys, served by two cargo lifts. This is industrial stock rather than an office tower. The floor covers more than 6,000 sq ft and is laid out as private studios instead of an open plan.

Ngau Tau Kok station is 250 metres away, three minutes on foot, and Exit B6 is the exit that serves Hung To Road. A pedestrian subway runs from this end of the road straight into the station. Kwun Tong station is the second option, 1,090 metres and fourteen minutes.

Lunch is on the street. Yuan Is Here is at ground level at 28 Hung To Road, and 30 Hung To Road holds Hung To Restaurant and Hung To Café above each other, both open from seven in the morning until ten at night.

Rooms are furnished and run from one person to more than twenty, on a three month minimum, with meeting rooms on the floor. This centre sells private rooms only. A room for one person is HK$3,000 a month and a room for four is HK$12,000. Above ten people the suite is let as one whole room.
