It is industrial stock, with one passenger lift and two cargo lifts, and units elsewhere in it run from 4,200 to 5,980 sq ft gross. Paragon's floor covers more than 8,000 sq ft and is divided into 28 private offices.

Kwun Tong station is 620 metres away, eight minutes on foot on the Kwun Tong line, and Exit D3 puts you on Hoi Yuen Road. The Hoi Yuen Road bus stops are 120 metres from the door. Ngau Tau Kok station is the other option, 1,000 metres and thirteen minutes.

This end of Hung To Road has picked up cafes among the workshops. Hibi Cafe and Relish are opposite at 63 to 65, inside Lucky Factory Building. Coffee Slave is at 43, KOHO is at 75, and Flames is at street level in Two Sky Parc at 51.

Rooms are furnished and run from one person to more than twenty, on a three month minimum, with meeting rooms and a common area on the floor. This centre sells private rooms only. A room for one person is HK$2,250 a month and a room for four is HK$9,000.

The walk from Kwun Tong station is in the open, with no covered section. The entrance is a working industrial one. The building has one passenger lift, so visitors can wait at busy times. Lunch is the small eateries between the workshops, and apm on the station for anything a client should see. We handle the viewing, the proposal and the negotiation, and the search is free to you. Send us your team size and we will come back with the rooms available and the rate we can agree.
