The Executive Centre at Two Chinachem Central

Two Chinachem Central stands at 26 Des Voeux Road Central, in the middle of Central. Chinachem Group owns it, finished it in 2017 and gives it 22 storeys with a typical floor of about 2,700 sq ft, so it is a tower of small floors. It holds a LEED Gold rating for its core and shell and a BEAM Plus Excellent rating for how it is run.

Central station is 320 metres away, four minutes on foot, out of Exit C, for the Island and Tsuen Wan lines. Hong Kong station is 330 metres, four minutes, for the Airport Express and the Tung Chung line, so the two are equally close. The tram runs along Des Voeux Road Central outside, and Central Market is west along the same street at number 80.

The Executive Centre holds five floors here: Levels 7, 10, 11, 12 and 19, and 11,478 sq ft net between them, with two meeting rooms. The ceilings are twelve feet, the daylight is good and the fit-out is a contemporary industrial style with designer furniture. A furnished room here holds anything from one person to more than twenty. Three months is the shortest term on a service agreement, with two months' deposit and three months' notice. A room for one is HK$9,000 a month and a room for four is HK$36,000. A place in the members lounge costs HK$7,500 a month. The floors carry a barista bar, call rooms, lockers, keyless locks, adjustable standing desks and access at any hour.
